KOTLI (Kashmir English): The supply of substandard flour to the Tatta Pani area in Azad Kashmir’s Kotli district has been revealed.
Kashmir Digital learned that the Azad Kashmir Food Department was supplying substandard and unhealthy flour in Tatta Pani, due to which the public is suffering from diseases.
According to sources, the food department supplied substandard flour to the civil supply depot in Tatta Pani and other areas, causing people to suffer from health issues.
Despite public complaints regarding the substandard essential item, the authorities are reluctant to take any notice against the concerned department for negligence and corruption, which is causing serious concern among the people.
The residents have requested Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Chaudhry Anwarul Haq, the Minister for Food, and other responsible officials to take notice and ensure the supply of quality flour to the public.
