According to the official sources, the human chains by the Pakistani brethren with the people of AJK will be made at all seven bridges including Kohala, Azad Pattan, Holar, Bararkot, Dhalkot, Dhan Galli and Mangla at 10.00 am.

Like past years since 1975, the Day will be observed on both sides of the Line of Control, in Pakistan and rest of the world where Kashmiris are living in order to express solidarity with Kashmiri brethren fighting against the tyranny of Indian occupation forces in the Indian held Jammu and Kashmir.

As part of the day-long programs in AJK, the Day will be observed with traditional and unprecedented enthusiasm and a renewed resolve to continue extending fullest moral, diplomatic and political support to brethren in occupied Jammu and Kashmir in their just and principled struggle for right to self-determination and liberation of the motherland from the Indian subjugation.

On a public holiday, people will take out rallies in all big and small cities, hold seminars and vow to be with their oppressed brethren in the Indian occupied territory in their time of test.

As a mark of respect to the valiant struggle of the oppressed Kashmiris, one-minute silence will be observed at 10.00 am to pay respects and homage to the martyrs of Kashmir, as all rail and road traffic came to a halt.
